Im stuck in the one ui 7 beta

when the one ui 7 beta came out I updated to it as a normal person does however I forgot to withdraw from it and I want to update to one ui 8 but it won't show the update or let me, I dont know what to do and my phone is so buggy in this beta, im on the s24 ultra aswell so I need this phone to work properly. So please help as im still stuck in the beta.

This sounds to me like you selected to withdraw from the beta in the Samsung Members App but then failed to complete the full steps to leave?

If so, you will need to complete the full steps to leave beta and then you'll be able to move to stable.

We strongly recommend in here that signing up for beta should not be for your main device and that you accept there are risks and possibly bugs that may cause issues for a while until fixed.

Beta is not the way to get the latest version early.
