Wi fi calling isn't showing on my S23 and it's part of phone package. I have removed and reinstalled the sim. Also attempted a power reset to clear the phone cache. That isn't working either. My time with Samsung has come to an end. Too many glitches.

I've never been able to get Wifi calling on my lebara sim in my S23+,  although it works fine against the O2 sim in the same phone.  I've contacted lebara lots of times,  every time they say "oh, wifi calling hasn't been provisioned on your sim.  A request has been put in.  Reboot your phone in 24 hours,  then it will work".  But it never does.  I've decided to ditch Lebara/Vodafone,  and find a different (more expensive) provider. 

P.S.  I have an O2 e-sim in the phone,  and the lebara physical sim

I have a brand new S23 with Fastweb (Italy) sim. Wifi calling not showing up. So to test if it is a Fastweb issue I switched the SIM to a Galaxy S23 ultra and, tada, wifi calling was there, in both places. Phone (plain S23) is updated with August patches. What can I do?
