Wi fi calling isn't showing on my S23 and it's part of phone package. I have removed and reinstalled the sim. Also attempted a power reset to clear the phone cache. That isn't working either. My time with Samsung has come to an end. Too many glitches.

WiFi calling shows in two places,;

1. Pull down from top of screen to your quick access buttons and turn WiFi calling on OR

2. Go to the phone app, click on 3 dots, select settings, towards the bottom WiFi calling (if CORRECTLY enabled by your network (( they do get this wrong from time to time)) is showing, toggle it on.

This is unlikely to be a Samsung issue, more likely network. I have WiFi calling on Talkmobile (Vodafone) and it has been faultless.

Coincidently, Lebara is Vodafone. So maybe it's a Vodafone / Samsung thing. Do you notice if the wifi calling icon shows up in the task bar at any time?

You need to contact your network provider, their the ones that have to activate the settings at their end, until they do it won't show on your device.

Hi @NatNat22  As mentioned you may need  to contact your Network provider . If/when wifi calling activated  should  be easily accessed via the Quick settings Menu or Call settings via the phone App. see details here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-activate-wifi-calling-on-a-galaxy-smartphon...

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Which network is it. There was a post the other day about this. Think it was Lebara. If so, it's normal behaviour to not show in the phones settings menu. However, you may still see the wifi calling icon show in the task bar when it's active.
