We're further along with the Google Play system update ...

This morning I clicked on Settings /  About phone /  Software information  / Google Play system update and there was a very small update, I believe it was 1.3 MB.   

I didn't think this was a real update, per se, but just a little work-around to keep everyone happy ... or something along those lines.

I restarted my phone, clicked on the same Google Play system update and this time around, I saw the following ...

Yeah. Google is being doing that since the begining of 2023, If I remember correctly.

Mine is s23plus, stuck on 1july 2023 too.

Yeah, have been getting this everytime I check but my S22ultra is struck on October as I was getting everyone before the October update abd since I installed the andriod 14 Ui6 it hasn't worked. I always click on the Settings/About phone/ software info Google play as sometimes it doesn't automatically update.

The answer for that problem

I am from Spain, and I don't  know if your One OI is different from the EU, but here we have the same answer for Google play system bug... It is up to Google for furder solutions.

I'm wondering whether if Google fixes it soon. Mine is also on July update

I'm stuck on September. The same thing happened when I had my Pixel 6 Pro.

I'm certain there was an issue with one of the android 14 betas that was the cause of this.

Looks like the same bug has found its way into Samsung's code too.
