When is the next update? I installed the new software update to 7.0, my touchscreen is unresponsive so I have to use my S pen. It's been like this for a while now and its slightly annoying. I have a pristine phone , nothing wrong with the screen. What's happened, how do I fix or will it be fixed in the new update

The firmware in some cases can be reverted back to the previous OS, given if the binary is the same as the one you have; although I would not recommend it as this entails finding the file yourself and manually flashing it, what I would recommend is taking it to a Samsung store to troubleshoot and rectify.
