My phone was working perfectly fine up until I got hit with the update last week. I did what I've seen recommended, clearing the cache and data, starting in safe mode, did the diagnostics and even did a factory reset with absolutely no ***** luck. Of course this happens post warranty and I have absolutely 0 interest in sending out my phone to get serviced. So other than carrying a second phone to be able to use a back camera (as my front facing for selfies works fine) before buying a different brand (because its absolute nonsense paying so much for a phone and getting hit with an update that breaks an important part), had there been anything anyone has done to fix this issue other than what I've mentioned?
