I just found out that my phone's battery bulged out of the phone case. How and why?, I cannot explain? Like others have complained, this is arising from the recent software update done. What do I do?
If your phone battery has swelled and pushing out the back panel. You need to stop using it straight away and get it booked in for a repair. Make sure you backup your data before the battery stops working The software update is definitely not at fault
