Ai photo editing not working comes up with 'cant generate with this content '?

I normally have no issues in removing items or people in pictures when editing using the generative AI tool to erase things i dont want in the picture but recently its not allowing me to and comes up with an error saying 'cant generate with this content' does anyone know why as I havent had this error before?

Go to settings > galaxy AI > process data only on device see if it's toggled on, if it is turn it off.

In the last week or so, I think once I updated to UI.8. It happens when i try to remove peoples faces in the background of pictures.

I toggled it on but it doesnt allow me to use the generative AI option to erase now it comes up with this error now.

I've edited the comment try toggle it off, another thing you can do is to Doodles something on persons face and then try to erase it, definitely worth to report the issue in members app under support section.

Once toggled off its coming with the same error which is quite odd!

That error usually means it's being flagged as bad content. Loads of things can trigger it, people tend to trigger it a lot, especially if it thinks it's a celebrity. Since ai generating someone doing something they didn't do could be bad

Try this : select picture in samsung gallery > press pen icon > 4 dots > object eraser > (if you get promt "a better way to erase" press not now > select the area you want to erase > erase at the bottom.
After that you'll be left with a bit pixilated removed face, to fix it use magic eraser to eraser the pixilated area of the face and it should remove the face and correct the scene.

It seems to be working I've got post malone picture from google and it worked

Strange. I guess it's flagging something else then. Or at least it thinks it's flagging something else

Tried with multiple "celebrities" or strangers in picture where only face is shown when going this route it will let you delete the face/faces but when you click on AI edits it will display the error.
