Yes, I've found this solution for now, you can try the regular AI erasor method to remove pixilated parts and see if it fixes it, but faces is different story to remove as AI has to remove or replace it and lets say you want to remove big part of the sky in your picture AI eraser will remove it but it also will replace it with something different, it works best if you remove whole person in general.
