Hey, I did the Ui 6 update last night and when i woke up it was saying that the retailer i baught it from or if i bought it from the Samsung store me or the retailer had not fully paid for it and remotely locked it, now it shows me emergency call and support and if i click support it shows me 3options refresh payment status, email Samsung and open with pin. What should i do?

Phone locked after update, says unpaid. Don't panic!
Stay calm, verify with official channels, and avoid suspicious options.

This is not a problem with the payment i know that for sure whenever my cousins or anyone i know is doing the UI6 update there phones are getting weird errors
