A small number of users have reported a similar issue.
You mention you've changed sim, tried sim elsewhere, reset mobile network settings etc
Have you checked that your network APN and password are correct? (When you reset network settings these should have reset via a network update but doesn't always work).
Sadly it is (almost) impossible to go back in your OS and even if you tried it comes with massive risk and a loss of warranty.

I have experienced the same problem - both physical SIM cards are not recognized. There is nothing wrong with both cards. I ended having to factory reset my phone. This happened to me 3 times, the last was after I switched on Aeroplane Mode and after I switched off, both SIMs were not detectable by the phone. I was unable to find any other solutions in the internet on this.

Unfortunately, my phone did not get fixed. I had to back up the data, factory rest the phone, restore the data 3 times. Not sure how long the latest reset will last. At least your phone shows 4G and 5G connection. Mine showed "No SIM cards detected", no IMEI information on either SIM slot or my phone number. Weird. Worse case scenario would be to get a new phone...

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? It appears that the only solution MAY be to replace the motherboard. I'm reluctant, and if I do it will be with a 3rd party. Samsung is not going to get anymore of my money to fix the problem they caused.
