Selfie Camera Dark Spots

Hi,

I have an S23 ultra, I recently noticed some dark marks on the screen and pictures when using the selfie camera. I thought dust, so used compressed air but I now think it is software etc related because when moving the phone around and the camera follows, translucency of the spots varies. It looks more like a shadow, as you can see the person, object through the spots. I tried updating phone and resetting camera in camera sertings. Any help/advice welcome 🙏  thanks.

Move the camera and the dark spot is over the brow and less noticeable and you can see the brow through it so it is see through. I would think dust or dead pixels wouldn't show and would just be dark. 

 There are lots and as I move the camera around they seem to adjust in brightness/translucency.

Just to make sure, lenses wiped clean?

Yes, lens wiped cleaned and used compressed air. Also tried gently tapping. I am not sure its dirt becausd the spots are see through. You can see the image through them.
