I found a work around to at least get use of the camera. First you hold on the camera app and get the menu to show up. Select take selfie, Move over to portrait now you should be able to use the rear facing camera. For video move over to more and select an option from this menu. Hope this helps, seems the main camera is the issue but the other cameras work just fine. So rear facing camera and video options don't work but everything else does.
