S23 Ultra heating up

I've had my phone for just over a year (S23 ultra), after 20 mins of use, the phone heats up so much, I have to put my phone down for a while for it to cool down. Tried optimise. Doesn't really help. 

Any ideas on what I can do?

Have alreadybtried wiping system cache from the Recovery menu? In the same menu there is an option to repair apps. Also install Good Guardian app. It has a module called Galaxy App Booster. If these don't help, then Good to reset the phone and set it upbas new without using Smart Switch.

We recommend having a look at our guide below. This has some further information on increased temps and causes. It would also be worth testing your phone in Safe Mode to see if the increase is being caused by a malfunctioning app that has been downloaded.
