S23 One UI 6.1 update ERROR

after i have updated my phone to 6.1 from 6.0, i cannot leave the Welcome to one ui 6.1 screen. on the third screen it doesnt have any place to go next or finish the welcome page. I cannot do anything in my phone. PLEASE help me im gonna go mad. It doesnt let me do anything before i finish that welcome screen.

What happens if you hold the power button down for some seconds? It should shutdown and hopefully when it restarts it will work as intended

Try also to wipe phone cache

@Moscow @Members_Ykz94eI: Please try pressing the Volume Down and Side buttons together for around 10 seconds, as this will perform a Soft Reset and resolve any software issues that might be preventing you from progressing past the Welcome screen.

i have the same problem, trying both up and down volume buttons and on/off buttons together for 10 seconds and reboot doesnt work aswell..

also have tried wipe phone cache bud still black screen..

Okay right now it has solved itself i just entered my homescreen.

unfortunately no because it just happened on its own

the push next screen appeared and i used it it worked

i dont have a  clue what caused it. i was trying to make the battery finish, i thought maybe that would solve the problem. then it has done on its own
