S23 One UI 6.1 update ERROR

after i have updated my phone to 6.1 from 6.0, i cannot leave the Welcome to one ui 6.1 screen. on the third screen it doesnt have any place to go next or finish the welcome page. I cannot do anything in my phone. PLEASE help me im gonna go mad. It doesnt let me do anything before i finish that welcome screen.

Hi, I have the same problem. After the 10 seconds the phone restarts, but the problem still present. My mobile data is off I'm only connected to my wifi, I can't even bring down the top bar to enable mobile data, or anything.

This issue should not be considered as solved!

Do you remember how much time it took to your phone to "fix itself"? Did you have wifi or mobile data enabled when it happened? Thanks a lot in advance.

After the 6.1 update, my public WLAN connection didn't work and I had also a black screen. I had to connect to another, already on my handy existing WLAN, and than it worked. So for me, I had to make sure that the handy is connected to the internet.

i was connected to wifi and my airplane mode was on

it took approximately 3 hours and i tried so many times to get to my actual phone. then it just happened on its own

I also waited for a few hours. It solved on its own. Idk how

I am also experiencing the same issue, it gets to the screen to accept the privacy policy then nothing after that. I have tried restarting it several times, still nothing

I am facing the same issue. After getting to the “Samsung account policies updated” page and agreeing to all the new policies, unable to select anything to progress. Will appreciate any solution asap. Can’t be without my phone for long

I just had this Problem! I think I found a solution: activate google assistant and go to settings and change the language of your phone. After I did that, I could leave the "welcome"- screen!!!!
