I selected forgot my password, then select setup later in settings and this allows you to get into the phone

How did you solve it then? I have the same issue but with the Tab S9 Ultra

Okay, for anyone new who has this problem by the time this comment is posted. I solved my problem by plugging an adapter with Ethernet port. The issue seems to be the pages are not loading due to the lack of internet connection.

I won't install 6.1 and will avoid it like the plague. I just wish I could stop receiving the reminders to update.

My A54 never recovered from the 6.0 update. It had an adverse effect on the connection to my home wifi mesh network, slowing down my internet connection speed usually from anywhere from  zero to less than 5mbps. Sometimes it would approach 10mbps, but rarely. Also, I could not use wifi calling anymore because it broke up voice calls, missing every other word.

I use starlink for internet, but use an Orbi mesh system for coverage throughout the home and garage.

If I connected to the Starlink router's wifi, the phone worked great with up to 100mbps. Also, full speed when using cellular or any other wifi network.

I had a spare Orbi router, so used that. Syncd all the satellites to that router and gave the network a new name. It made no difference. So, if I wanted to use my phone, I had to connect to Starlinks wifi and stay relatively close to the router.

Samsung gave me all sorts of advice to fix the problem. Nothing worked. I demanded that they replace the phone, and they said they could only do that if I first took it to one of their service locations. I called the nearest. The tech told me no point bringing in the phone because it was a known problem with no fix. I informed Samsung but they were adamant that I take it to a service location or return the phone to them.

I took it to the service tech. He checked it out, but found no problem.

I informed Samsung. They still refused to replace the phone. Told me to return the phone to them so they could fix it.

I told them that the problem ONLY exists on my wifi network, so how could they fix something they can't see.

I gave in and sent the phone. A week later it came back repaired. Enthusiastically I connected to my wifi and got 1.5mbps. Total waste of time.

Then, by chance, because we had guests, I connected to my Orbi guest network. The phone worked great. Full speed and clear voice communication. So this is how I'm using the phone while at home.

Because of Samsungs refusal to take responsibility for screwing up my phone, I told them that I will never buy another Samsung product.
