Just purchased S23 256GB from Samsung Store in UK. The model is SM-911B/DS which is not listed under the UK Samsung website that claims to support all UK sold phones. Support tell me the IME number brings the model up as a SM-911BZGGEUB. My model appears to be an international version but why is it not supported in UK and how would I get the web support I might need. And what differences might there be in the firmware or hardware.Thinking of returning it for refund as being not according to description. Any insights?

@dinosaur1962: Which country are you based in? Having checked our system, I was able to find similar model numbers, however the last 3 letters were 'EUB', 'EUC' and 'EUE'. If you head to Settings > About phone > Status information > Model code, what does it say here?
Regarding your signal issues, is the problem persistent in all locations, or just certain ones? If you have a case or cover on the device, try removing it temporarily to see if this makes a difference. Also, reach out to your network to enquire about any issues with your account, or the service in your area.

I purchased an S23 FE from an Amazon seller, it has the serial number SM-S711B/DS and a sticker saying first usage with Indian Sim card only.
It didn't state this on purchase, it said sim free.
Shall I request return?
