One ui 6.1

After happily giving my S24+ exynos trash back a few weeks ago, I noticed the AOD notifications were not colourful anymore and couldn't be changed to colour. Just a dull and boring white. I hated it. Anyways, purchased a lovely S23 ultra for dirt cheap and I read somewhere that when the S23 models get the one ui 6.1 upgrade, they too will have the same. Could anyone clarify if this is this true please?

That isn't the point. You made claims Samsung increased the price when they clearly did not. Second hand pricing vs brand new is not how anyone compares the pricing of any original product.

Let's forget about the pricing issues and focus on the original argument and question you asked me about the downgraded specs which you haven't answered at all.
Would you say the S23 ultra has been knocked off it's perch by the S24 ultra?

I must admit my S23 Ultra is absolutely faultless for me. So I can understand your concerns for the update we will recieve.

Sure. My advice, if the AoD is the biggest problem you have with the phone, you should probably practice meditation. Seems like the most benigne reason to show such hatred for a phone, but that's just my opinion.

What you on about? I own the S23 ultra and absolutely love it but do not think the S24 ultra is a must have upgrade over it whatsoever like a lot of other people! I prefer the slightly wider and smaller design of the S24 ultra as I mentioned before in one of my comments. Meditation lol.. get over yourself 😵‍💫🙋🏻‍♂️

Exactly that thank you! I love it just like you do and would hate to see what I saw on the S24+
I previously owned come to the S23 ultra. It's dull and boring I promise.

I did try the natural mode display setting for a while and it was ok. However I do love the saturated colours of my S23U on vivid mode. I won't be upgrading to the S24U even though I do like a flat display. I might just buy the S24 Plus as a backup to my S23U.

I own a cracking S23 ultra. I prefer the S24 ultra slightly wider and smaller design. Where's the hatred please? Oh, just by pointing out like many others have that it's not a mind blowing must have upgrade 🤨
