One UI 7

OUI7's layout is horrible, I am autistic and the change to all of the system has caused a massive meltdown, I would like to be able to have an option to go back to the 6.1 layout - I'm aware that its not possible to downgrade versions.

Especially with the search bar being at the bottom now, when it should be at the top - "reachability" is not a good reason for it to not being able to be relocated.

I should not have to use GoodLock or 3rd party apps, to change to my Home screen Layout to 4x5 because you removed the option.
Also the change in widget shape and size is horrific.

The icons have all changed and its making me feel really ill and has actually really upset me

I wish there was someway of fully customising my own phone to look how it should for me
You claim its all for accessibility reason but its done the exact opposite for me, its actually made my phone harder to look at, let alone use

Why has the pull down menu been split into 2? Why are Samsung turning into Apple with their horrible designs and layouts?

I'm sorry to say, but autism doesn't mean you get a unique UI compared to others. As someone with autism, I understand change is difficult, but it's not relevant in this conversation. There are plenty of reasons people hate change, but it doesn't mean others should lose out because of it. *more time developing with android 15 to still be compatible

The search bar change was done by Google, not Samsung, so Samsung isn't to blame here. This can't be changed.

If you're not liking the change, here are a few tips:

The swipe down can be changed.

For the app grid go to the app " good lock- homeup- Home screen grid- change to your liking

Firstly icons etc can be changed through themes and you can make your own too. Everything can be customised with patience. It's really nothing like apple or I phones. I hated the new look too but, you get used to it,
