recently updated to android 14 one ui 6 on my s23 ultra and now live transcribe isnt working anyone else have this problem is there a way to go back to android 13?

Samsung Member on my phone suggested that i take my phone to an authorized Samsung dealer and gave me two locations based on my zip code. I was wondering if you had any luck at Vodafone?

unfortunately the app can not be uninstalled. It's part of the Samsung phone pre-installed. I tried working with Samsung Member for a couple hours with no luck

I let them know last night. Hopefully they consider this urgent as a lot of deaf/hard of hearing rely on it

It works fine if you go back to the previous version by uninstallimg the update for the app. See earlier post by Coolpages

i'm unable to go bak to previous version. I will not let me uninstall it. ANd when I go to Google Play and type in Live Transcribe, the only option I have is Open.

The problem is the offline transcriptions which are turned on automatically when you update the live transcribe. When you roll it back to the previous version they're turned off. You can turn it off in the options and it will work when connected to mobile data. This still leaves it spotty at best as it will constantly pause and cut out, especially when you're inside. This seems to be due to the android update 14 and specific to the Samsung S23 line ( I used it on the S21 ultra and it works perfect). Hopefully Samsung/Google will figure this out soon because its made this app very frustrating for those of us who depend on it to conversate.
