Camera Issues

Hi, has anyone else experienced any issues with their s23 camera all of a sudden? My camera was fine and then last Thursday the 1x - 9.9x zoom stopped working properly. Its just a black screen, will take video and a photo but its black. Spoke to Samsung and they have done all the troubleshooting including asking me to do a master reset, but nothing has worked. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this at all?

Have not had any issues with mine, I have S23 Ultra

I have the s23 plus, no issues here

No issues on my s23 ultra, does 0.6 and 10x work? It could be that something has happened to the main camera and 3x zoom camera or hopefully it's just a software fault

My s23plus camera is shocking! Unless everything is perfectly still then its all blurry! When I zoom in everything turns orange.

Yeah they work fine. Its due to go back to Samsung to be looked at! Hopefully it can be fixed as only had less than 3 months.

How new is yours? Would spk to Samsung if it is under warranty as that doesn't sound right!

I've had it a few weeks! Yea I'm going to have to.. its extremely annoying 😑

Ohh definitely spk to them! I spk to online chat first, who then advised me to put a report in on the members page and they are the ones who said they wanted to have it to look at! You shouldn't be having that sort of problem a few weeks in! 😔
