S23 Ultra camera not working

Have s23 ultra, when trying to use camera, I get camera not working message. Tried everything, except the hard reset. Tried delete partition in the boot menu, doesn't work. When testing camera in test mode it us working, so most likely it's sofware issue, any ideas? Selfie cameravis working, but when trying to switch, it stopsnworking. Any ideas?

Did you try diagnostics via Samsung members app.

Does it happen in safe mode

Same thing in safe mode. And samsung diagnostics say there is a prpblem with camera.

Then it will require a service. If economically viable
