Is it possible to transcribe phone calls..

Is it possible to see transcription of phone calls... I am hard of hearing, but can read quite well. If so could you please walk me through the steps?

Settings>accessibility>hearing enhancements> live transcribe

The accessibility menu also has a hearing aid section if applicable to you
