Any downgrading of the OS may brick your phone if not done correctly and also void any warranty you may have, so no, I cannot recommend that course of action.

How would contacting your network provider help? Did you just want to say something to sound special? Provider will do absolutely ZERO in the name of software support. The most you get is they will show you how to disable THEIR baked in apps. Thats it. "Finance" providers is what they are, and no one should be buying devices from these blood suckers.

Hi. Officialy, as stated by Samsung, once you update to the new firmware you will not be able to downgrade and if you do it, you do it at your own risk, the network provider will not support you with this, you will have to reinstall new software on your phone or break the one you already have.
I don't know if any mobile phone company actually supports downgrade to older software.

Firmware upgrades are meant to upgrade security on your phone as well and if you temper with the phone's software you make it easier for hackers to get into your phone.

My best advice is that if you upgraded, take the time to get used to the new firmware, Samsung will upgrade the software a few times a year and there is a chance they will fix what you are missing from the old software. It's better than to break your phone.

@dudge27  It is not possible to downgrade the software via official means and as mentioned there are inherent risks in doing so, would not recommend.  you have not mentioned the specific issues, it is though advisable to clear the cache partition after updates. Have you done this?

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Maybe take it to a service. I heard complaints that sometimes screens stop working after updates but I am not sure how this works.

I get that. Maybe a Samsung Mod can troubleshoot your phone. They should have access to your phone via remote control from this app. Contact them via feedback on the trouble shoot page, you find access to it on the right bottom corner from this app. Good luck.
