As advised by @Fiona26, I'd also recommend a partition cache wipe
Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
I can also recommend using the Good Guardians app, which you can get from the Galaxy store. Use the App Booster feature to optimize all of your apps. Recommended after any major update.

Would recommend you review what is using your battery, run device care from settings, clear cache and from Samsung run the diagnosis tool.

This is a late reply, but you can use odin to downgrade the firmware version. I recommend using SamMobile for firmware and guides.
