Delayed Notifications

Has anyone else experienced this at all?

I've had a few occurrences where notifications haven't appeared until I've unlocked my screen. It's not all the time and just seems to be completely random.

I've submitted reports to Samsung and they acknowledged that they could see the issue and where reaching out to Google for advice.

Not sure if that's means it's a Google thing or Samsung need assistance from Google to help.

I'm still trying to figure out if this is down to WiFi6. These have all happened on a WiFi6 network.

Reverting the network back down to Wifi5 and will keep an eye on things 

Has anyone else had these issues? If so, what were your network conditions like? Have you reported the issue to Samsung and had feedback?

Another response from Samsung...

This was fedback to Google for review, however, this may take time to resolve on their end. We will pass over your feedback again.

We do need to advise that this seems very limited to certain customers. As many other customers are not affected by this.

I have few months since i bought a new phone from them and i m about to quit.It seems that problems never end.From delayed notifications to very poor signal and so on.I m not gone buy this brand again

I'm having the same feeling. This S23 ultra is going to be my last Samsung. They don't bother to fix issues at all. Not even responding to error reports or progress of those.

I am having this issue with 2 x CCTV APP's on a client's Samsung S23, I have set the app to never sleep, Notifications are enabled and set to detailed, notifications in the APP also enabled, and for the first 2 hours it works perfectly, then 5-10min delay to half an hour then notifications stops all together.   I have a Note 20 ultra and the APP notifications work fine 24/7, I have copied all settings between phones but still the S23 stops notifications after apx 2 hours..... I am stumped.

I'm also still having delayed notifications on some applications and same symptoms. After using phone and then lock it, notifications are working fine some time period and then starts to delay. No savers or sleeps activated. Phone just does it by itself.
