By reward, do you mean rewards points?

Usually a reward or promotional item is claimed once the phone has been delivered and can include filling out a claim form that can include keying in the phone's imei number.

Carefully check the T&c's of any promotional offer.

Delete this. Never post your imei on any forum including serial number. Your phone's details can be used negatively.

I’ve removed the IMEI and Serial Number details. As Risky says, it's not a good idea to post that info publicly.

You can only earn reward points if you purchased the phone from our Online Shop. But, if you're referring to Promotions/Offers, please check out Samsung Boost: https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/ 

You can opt in for premium subscriptions of YouTube, Spotify, or even Disney+!
