Hi @Trenell Stillwell ,  Welcome to the Samsung community    I do not see a current Samsung offer with the S23 series, unless you are referring to the S24 Buds offer which needed to be purchased by 3 December (Black Friday deal)   Customers needed to leave a review via an email form which is sent 14 days after purchase. Some Samsung promotions are only available if the main item is purchased through them, or via a participating retailer.

I too was sent an email offering free ear buds when I made a purchase in December. Got an email stating that I would receive them after 14 days of completing a review. There was no expiry date that I could see associated to the offer. Messaged supported and they just asked me to wait 14 days. Still haven't revived them

I bought Samsung 2nd of December . I had promotion 250 pounds less and ear buds after fill the form from email which I should receive. Unfortunately now already more than 3 weeks and still I dont have email with form . I asked them by email but they not reply.
