I just taught my grandparents how to use the phome and now they're chewing my war off over this update claim it's usable is there anyway I can revert somethings for them 

Edit Well I told grandpa I can't undo and he left to go return the phone and get a flip but my grandma is willing to try it for a week

He's getting a flip phone not a galaxy flip

Nope. It's the worst update Samsung has done to our devices Ui7 useless, what makes it worst you can't undo it. Nice one Samsung 😂😂😂

One Ui7 has also rolled to the latest Flips anyway.   Not everyone is comfortable with change  but is not really a radical shift anyway.  with a bit of assistance it should be manageable.

if desired for instance  can combine Notifications and quick settings by swiping down from the right,tap pencil icon and Panels settings-select Together. This and other information here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10004612/

Sorry I meant a flip phone or dumb phone idk. He upset that he bought something cause he liked how it looked and it changed on him said flip phones dont do that and honestly that fair

Look at other posts, there are loads of solutions to ways your grandparents will like, even other phone makers are going to add new skins on their UI's

Im afraid all Android phones are changing. A lot of what's changed is the Android operating system that Google is responsible for
One UI is basically a skin on top. Although it's a bit more than that.
But there are plenty of ways to customise the Samsung phones
