Lol, I did the same. But mine is alright. Maybe you can diagnose your phone whether the mic is damage or not.

S23 users got the same poke hole problems. Looks like Samsung need to do sth with the design with s24. 🤣🤣🤣

@pen2023: Your Galaxy S23 Ultra has a microphone at the top and bottom of the device. The top mic is situated to the right of the front camera as you look at it, while a speaker sits just above the camera itself. It's difficult to verify if you have damaged your mic from this position, however you may wish to head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Mic, and run through the on-screen instructions. Does the audio sound ok during the playback for the top mic? While you're here, you can run through a speaker test as well for some added peace of mind.
