Hi @pen2023 , If you need it, then you should be able to set up a remote session with one of our Support agents through the Members app > Support > Remote support, and following the onscreen instructions.
But to give some pictures of AndrewL's instructions:
Long-press the Members app icon, and then click 'Diagnostics':
Which brings up the Diagnostics screen. Tap on what you want to test, e.g. 'Mic':
Mic test screen:
Follow the onscreen instructions, and then it'll tell you the result:
Repeat for any of the other diagnostic tests you want to do.

i did the very same thing last night right after buying the phone 😞 such a bad design!! Samsung team to note this basic possible mistake !! what a shame~!
I've been wondering if the speaker output volume is much lower compared to my galaxy tab s7+ and Samsung f64 phone due to this mistake of poking the wrong hole 😕

I did exactly the same and with force on the top mic. I had a galaxy s9 and I was using for first time a s23. I even insisted as I was in a hurry and had to leave. I felt sooo stupid and sooo careless. I consider my self a tech nerd and this was so humiliating ;D. I do think Samsung should put some sticker or something to note this out...

Does the same protection apply to other phones in the S23 line up? I can't find any information about this anywhere and I basically did the same thing as the original poster.
My old samsung phone had its sim card try on top so I, in my tired after work state trying to install my new S23+ phone, stab into it a few times out of confusion only to realise it was at the bottom.

I done this exact thing on my brand new s23, from reading i think the microphone manufacturing are similar across most phones. Its just an empty hole with the microphone somewhat below underneath or to the side of the hole to prevent accidential pokes. I recommend you guys to watch Jery rig everything's video "Can a SIM Ejector Tool wreck your iPhone?! - Be Careful!" for a tear down. Lol!
