Yesterday I setup my new Galaxy Watch Ultra and have it linked to my S23. When I setup the Health app it asked for my Sleep Timing, I accidentally selected 11p to 2a (the expected time I will try to be in bed by). I meant to put 11p to 1a, and I can't find where to change that time. I looked in the app on both the phone and watch. I saw older posts (2021) addressing this issue, but it appears the app has changed and the option that they suggested are no longer available.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out. You have to wait for the next day to change the setting. After it got midnight the Sleep setting showed up. That's stupid, but it's there now.
Thank you for your help!

Goto Sleep/Sleep Time/Sleep target time/Change target

There in lies the problem. I can't find "Sleep" anywhere. Is it on the phone or watch? Is it in the Health app?

I have looked in the app multiple times. Is there a way you can show me a screenshot of where it's at?

Nothing there.

Thank you for the response, but this just sets the go to sleep time and the wakeup time. What I am looking for allows you to select a time range that you plan to be in bed by. Such as, my goal to be in bed by is 11p and 1a. Then, depending on if you make that time frame it gets factored into your Energy Score.
