Smart cover not working s22 ultra

Trying to setup the smart view case on my s22 ultra. Samsung support page says go to accessories setting, but I don't have that option. Genuine Samsung smart case fitted correctly. Anyone have any ideas.

Go to settings and then look for advanced features ,  you will find accessories in there

Nope not in there. I have managed to get the case opening and closing the screen but still can't find the options for it. Would like to get a contact photo show up in the clear area when called.

you may have already done this : Keep your phone on and connected , take your the phone out of the case and then put it back in. That usually triggers a download of the case software to the phone.

Just to check--  you can't find accessories in the advanced features setting?

Yes accessories is not in there, tried looking in every single setting sub folder and using the Search. I'll try the case of and on again.

Just to let know, I have the samsung Led case and I do see that in the accessories under advanced features

I take it  that taking  the phone out of the case and  putting in again did not make any difference?

No it didn't.

When i put my case on the phone it said needed to download some software for it to work and everything works
