Trying to setup the smart view case on my s22 ultra. Samsung support page says go to accessories setting, but I don't have that option. Genuine Samsung smart case fitted correctly. Anyone have any ideas.

I've the same issue with S22 and Smart Clear View Cover. The cover screen works max. 1 or 2 days in a row then it stops working. Changing settings don't fix the issue. Need to remove the cover and put it back to make it work again. I have the latest OS version and Galaxy store updates installed.

I have the same issue with my smart cover. It seems after using whatsapp video or other social app video. the screen will just turn blank. restart phone works but i have not try remove and put back cover......

I have the samw issue it stops working then it starts by itself or I have to restart my phone to make it work. I have called samsung customer care they told me to take phone out of cover then put it back but I explained them logically its the same as restarting the phone and the other thing they told me to do is to reset all settings in settings menu. Hope this 2nd option will help someone. If it helps do reply here. thank you

Try going to'cover screen' and making sure 'automatic unlock' is OFF

CHANGED MEANS? HAVE YOU REPLACED YOUR S VIEW COVER? AND STILL IT HAS SAME PROBLEM?

I set automatic unlock to off and took the cover off and put it back. And it looks like my cover screen is now working more reliably.

Have you replaced your cover with new one? I was planning to replace with new one.
