Serious lag and internet issues after One UI update (Android 15)

Hi everyone,
After updating to Android 15 and the new One UI, I’ve been experiencing major issues on my device. Gaming performance has dropped significantly with constant lag, and more importantly, I’m facing a strange internet issue.
Even though my phone shows a stable 4G+ signal, the internet completely stops working—I can’t even do a simple Google search. The only temporary fix is to toggle Airplane mode on and off.
A friend of mine with an S24 Ultra is having the exact same issue, so it doesn’t seem like an isolated case

idont know its a region problem or what 

buy i think is worth cheking

Did attempt any troubleshooting? Worth attempting too for both. 

Try with wiping phone partition cache

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

It may sound basic but so many issues have been solved by a basic soft reboot. Hold volume down and power button until phone restarts.

Also- go to your providers website and make sure their servers are up. I know smarty were down yesterday *as an example

Hi, I have same issueswith S23 ultra. Mobile data are lagging, calls are unstable. No restart or similar ways as usuall helped... I have checked it even in two different lands, nothing helped...

I am facing the same issue for my S23 ultra. Since the OneUl 7 update, im finding it extremely difficult to connect to internet via mobile network (Airtel 5G). I use a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Middle East edition in India. I have been using the phone for 1.5+ years.I had a physical airtel sim. I changed it to esim and the condition did not improve. The connectivity is intermittent and it is almost impossible to find network during travel. I have reset the network settings, tried choosing the network provider as airtel, switched off and on the phone, tried 5g and 4g, but nothing is solving the issue. I tried Jio sim as well. The May Security Patch also dint help. No idea what to do. I have cleared the partition cache as well.

Samsung this is ridiculous!  Fix it.  I am trading this phone in for another manufacturer and will never buy a Samsung product again!

I am having the same problem. Everything is fine until I updated to this ridiculous One UI 7! After updating, I've been experiencing data problems. When I'm on Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data, it won't work. No data connection despite having a full signal. Not even the 5G icon appears. To make it work, I have to turn airplane mode on and off! Though sometimes, a restart is needed just to have that mobile data connection back! Very inconvenient and unacceptable for a thousand-dollar device!
