This also works with most Samsung phones
If anyone is struggling with Samsung pay being in German and has the csc being EUX, I know how to solve the issue and it only takes about 5 minutes.
Basically the csc is set to EUX, which is the new European standard, but for some reason, Samsung made the master country iso as German and set to German DBT.
Hence all the phone is in English but Samsung pay is only in German, and Samsung free normally.
Either way its an easy fix
Download and app called alliance shield from the play store, and this app has nothing to do with me. its so you can run master processes with the phone otherwise you wont be able to do this.
sign up and then give the app all the permissions it needs to use your phone, including system admin with Knox.
once signed up and your in the app
click app manager
in the search bar, type omc
click on recommended apps com.samsung.android.app.omcagent
click on activities and scroll down too configuration update com.samsung.android.app.omcagent.test.ui.QATestActivity and open
You will see device info and you should see the country iso is set to DBT Germany not GB
which is your issue
now go back to the app manager again and this time search for wiz
select Samsung setup wizard com.sec.android.app.SecSetupWizard
click on activities
then select and open Samsung setup wizard com.sec.android.app.SecSetupWizard.UI.CountrySelectionActivity
now it will open the Samsung country selector and select your country ie GB
the device will restart and then your phone will be set up correctly. you can check again the first process and now see the country iso is set to GB now and this will solve all your issues.
shouldn't have to do this but for 10 minutes work its an easy fix.
then uninstall alliance shield and remove it as device admin, then uninstall

When you change the ISO country with the alliance shield app, do you lose all the phone information?

No, you don't loose anything on the phone

Ok, I have been able to change the ISO to Spain on an S23+ and the Samsung wallet now works. Thank you so much.

Did you ever solve it? I'm having the same issue on my S24 Ultra. When i try to open com.samsung.android.app.omcagent.test.ui.QATestActivity nothing happens.
