S22 emails

Has anyone had a problem with their S22 incoming email going into their archive folder instead of the inbox if so how can I rectify this problem without resorting to a big hammer.

@cloudy2550: Which email app are you using to access your account? Are all incoming emails affected, or just certain contacts? Have you tried signing in to the account via a browser app (Samsung Internet or Chrome) to see if the issue persists?

Thanks for coming back to me AndrewI, I'm using aol email and all emails are affected, I will try signing in via a browser to see if it makes a difference Thanks for your help.
