What is Samsung doìng to resolve latest update issue??? update

Latest update - March 25th.

Like many others, My S22+  randomly freezes and restarts since the last update.

I've seen this is a known issue impacting many s22 series users. 

The question is, what is Samsung doing about it?

• (Please do not tell me to restart in safe mode, empty app cache, clear cache partition. I've done all of that multiple times).

As a customer-to-customer forum, we cannot answer that question because we do not know. Your concluding note suggests you do not want troubleshooting tips, so it is unclear what feedback anyone can provide.

Assuming you have already given feedback? Samsung members-support-feedback. This gets it into the developers' hands.

Best advise is to go to a repair centre and have it fixed.
