Hi
Does anyone know if you have to claim the 12 month Disney+ code on/before the 22nd April using the new phone as the earliest delivery date I can get for a S22 is after the 22nd?
Or can it be claimed after the 22nd?

The terms state
" To celebrate the launch of the epic Galaxy S22 series, we’re offering an amazing 12 months of Disney+ for customers who buy their device before 22nd April 2022 and claim this exciting offer from us on our website. "
The delivery date of the phone does not affect the offer.
It's the purchase date of the phone.

I have recently claimed the Disney+ offer for a purchase on the 24th of March, delivery on the 26th of April and claim on the 27th of April.
In the end I got a 6 month code and the following answer:
"To be eligible for 12 months Disney+ Customer had to claim by 22/04/2022 regardless of purchase. 6 month offer started 23/04/2022 which customer is eligible for."
This is clearly deceptive marketing since they are tying a promotion to a date which customers cannot control (delivery date options are controlled from Samsung and the earliest available was on the 26th.
I will raise a complaint but thought I post a reply here for everyone's information.

I did apply for the 12 months. It seems based on the result (6 months voucher) and the feedback from the customer support, it is very open to interpretation from whoever processes the request. I will follow up again.
