Hoping that someone on here can help. It's a little bit hard to explain but hopefully you'll understand it.
So lately I've been having an issue with my screen. If I'm watching a video on Netflix, youtube, chrome etc I'll usually maximise the video so that it takes up the whole screen and I have to turn my phone on its side. However recently, randomly the screen will switch from this larger video to a smaller one at the bottom of the screen (without me touching the screen or moving the phone).
I've also noticed that when this is happening, I will also have an issue with my keyboard. When I'm typing the keyboard will just disappear as though I have clicked out of it. It did it several times while I was writing this post.
I have tried the touch screen test in device care, along with a couple of calibration apps, which all say there is no problem. My software is up to date, I've removed my screen protector and it doesn't seem to matter if my screen is set to portrait or auto rotate.
If anyone can offer some help or advice, I'd be very grateful.
