can not accept the privacy policy on my s22

Has anyone else had this issue?! Tried to claim the Disney+ offer but I am not able to move past the privacy policy. I tick both boxes but when I press Proceed to Samsung.com nothing happens. Tried several devices -same outcome!

Which browser do you use? I had similar issues when using the Samsung Internet Web browser but worked fine when I switched to Chrome.

Have you tried using either Chrome or Firefox?

Hi @Fr02311   Try clearing the cache to see if this helps,  could also try different Browsers as suggested.
