Hi I bought s22 5g from Samsung. Com last week..
3 days was OK but suddenly I found that my videos look like little bit blur and battery getting hot while charging. So I talk to Samsung support via phone and gave them remote access over my phone. But they couldn't find any solution. Now they said return back this device and we will send new one as a replacement in 8 to 10 days..if anyone having same issue please let me know 🙏

In regards to the battery it can take a week or so for the battery to learn your usage habit @GARY777 

This is the learning phase as it adjusts. 

Also look at what's using your battery in the Device Care Section to see if one or more apps are using the battery heavily. 

You can also use the optimisation tool there. 

In regards to a swap then yes as long as your in the relevant cooling off period they'll swap it out. 

I have the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra which I've had for nearly a year now and its fine. 

In regards to video ensure your camera lenses are clean.

U won't understand...my device is just 7days old..I already send it back to Samsung...Now another big joke come up to me that I have to pay £50 for my old phone galaxy s10e..which I used for switching programme. The company said we found your display is bleeding....blob on the screen...hahaha....they said your device does not meet the minimum requirements..Now they have my both phones and I m waiting to let they send me new s22.

Today I reviewed new s22 device and I would not imagine....its a same problem s ...blur videos...in news app and Facebook...even video recordings..I can't believe..this is the giant Samsung company or comedy..how can you send such a faulty device to customers even in second time for exchange..no comments

Hi in the next update is there any chance you can make the alarm clock icon look like and ️ clock and when it chimes make it sound like an alarm ie like ️inside tge settings of this alarm clock is still timer,word clock,stopp watch etc It would look alot better rather than have the basic one that you always give ie the default version.
