A strange thing happened to my Samsung s22 phone 2 days ago. The phone suddenly stopped accessing data in the internal storage. It suddenly shut down while playing games. Photos in the gallery disappeared. Music and pdf, docx, pptx files etc. all became completely inaccessible. My normal usage status is 65GB/128GB but now the device maintenance app shows everything except apps as 0 Byte. Internal storage is 0B/0B in the file manager and even file managers cannot create a folder in the internal storage. Camera and apps are closing because they cannot write files. However, I can install apk with adb and third-party store apps. The phone is still active and smooth. Web-based apps and games work, I can uninstall and install apps. However, neither the computer nor adb nor Samsung apps can see the data. When I gave my logcat outputs to AI, it said there were mount errors. I do not want to return to factory settings. There is photos etc.
I bought the phone in 2022 and I have never updated the system. I do not have root access. I have cleared wipe cache from recovery. I used all adb command for recovery the my datas. I deleted some system apps with adb, but I don't delete system apps that will cause such errors. I've been deleting apps with adb for 7 years. But the problem is probably somewhere else. Android 12/snapdragon.

No backups? As I'm sure you realise that's looks to be a critical hardware failure

I couldn't take my phone to the service. My country entered a long holiday. But most of the employees at the service can be ignorant. I'm trying to detect the error before i gone.
