S22 Strange issue with mobile data

Hello Samsung team,

I am facing a strange issue with my  Samsung Galaxy S22 phone. I am able to access only youtube, facebook, whatsapp, gmaps on mobile data. Every other app and browsers are not working on mobile data. The error message is "This site can't be reached...ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE" for browsers and "No Internet Connection" for Apps.

No issues when connected with wifi. Checked with the Network provider but they said that it is a device issue as youtube and other apps mentioned above are working on mobile data.

I have also deleted App cache and data storage but hasn't helped. All apps have same settings. Sometimes restart of phone helps but after sometime  problem is recurring.

Android Version: 14
One UI Version: 6.1

Check/search for private dns in Settings and set to off

Unfortunately setting private dns off hasn't worked. Youtube, fb, Whatsapp & gmaps working but other apps, browsers not on mobile data (cache deleted and tested even in incognito)

I have network isses since August 2024 update, the sim works fine on my s24 ultra, I was not experiencing this issue before August update
The more annoying this and most horrible experience I had was yesterday when I decided to call samsung support
To my surprise they said that they will charge me 100+ for this issue, I told them this is issue is caused by system update not any damage to the phone, they insisted to that charge for fixing my phone
This is so ridiculous
