I am in the UK and I have a S22 (bought second hand from a reputable source). It seems it is a US model (SM-901U/DS). I cannot use Samsung Members app - I get a pop-up that days 'Samsung Members isn't supported in this region. (9)'. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Already done that, but thanks for the reply. Have set everything I can find with a region setting to UK. Have removed SIM, restarted with no SIM then reinserted/restarted to see if it would force a carrier update (it didn't).

They may need to change their Samsung Account if that is showing US but the device itself is a US model so may cause a variety of issues in the UK

Samsung Account is set to UK, as is Play Store, Google Account and anything else I can think of.

Only thing left that I can think of is to:

Uninstall Samsung Members App

Go to Galaxy Store

Search Samsung Members App

(Don't Uninstall then click on reinstall).

Install

Way ahead of you - have uninstalled, rebooted and then reinstalled, both from Galaxy Store and Play Store, but it hasn't helped. Bit miffed, because I like the phone and I really don't want to have to go through the pain and faff of setting up (yet another) new phone if I have to return this one... Oh well - I'll contact the reseller...
