So as everyone around the world know that now after a faulty update Samsung is bricking old Samsung devices I got my phone a year ago from Europe I'm using it here in turkey after the update it started turning off my WiFi and infinit bootloop I contacted Samsung in my country they said the device is from outside here we can't and it's a motherboard issue Samsung customer service sucks my whole family uses Samsung I'm never buying one and I'm even going out of my way to tell anyone I know online or not not to buy from Samsung ever again this is unacceptable they definitely damaged the motherboards kernel knowingly that's why it's doing this I'm gonna have to get Xiaomi now I'm p****d off it. Cost me money man

I wish it was an app issue but it's not the problem is with the WiFi chip in the motherboard apparently when I turn off WiFi it goes into an infinite bootloop I already factory rested my device and did every other solution such as re installing the update nothing works

Got an S22 ultra and loved it for 2.5 years then a week ago it started to restart randomly. Then I on restarts I noticed WiFi was turned off so i tryed to turned it back on and failed to turn on. After a couple of restarts got WiFi back and all was good for a couple of hrs the WiFi drops turns off and uses 5g or phone freezes and restarts.
I've deleted recent apps factory rest it and still the same.
I'm really disappointed as had galaxy s phones since the S2 and never had a problem with them but now I don't trust it.

My phone updated its software last week, and ever since, it's been plagued with performance issues. It crashed and restarted a few times before ending up in a bootloop yesterday. Before the update, everything was working perfectly. I attempted to access Safe Mode but had no success. I also reached out to Samsung chat support, but the representative was unhelpful and simply advised me to visit a service center. Unfortunately, the service center was equally unhelpful. I even let the battery drain completely, but now the phone vibrates repeatedly whenever I try to charge it.

Has anyone had any success booting into the OS without losing their data? Beyond the issue of planned obsolescence, I think Samsung needs to be held accountable for taking their customers' loyalty for granted. If car manufacturers can issue recalls, why not phone companies? I currently own four Samsung phones and a Samsung TV, but their customer support is worse than Google’s. I'm in Canada and if anyone is pursuing a class-action lawsuit, count me in.

I am facing the same issue...after updating the(March 2025 update) phone crashing randomly, tried restarting it and every solution available on the internet but the issue is not resolved.

previously last year after updating the phone (same s22 ultra) display issue came around the front cam, service center didn't replace my display for free. I had  20,000 INR to replace the display.

Very disappointed for Samsung after buying a flagship phone we have to face these issues.

Shifting from Samsung and I will never recommend it to anyone!

My s22 ultra suddenly just hung while I was on Samsung internet browser with whatsapp in the background. The phone then restarted and have since only went into self reboot loop.

I tried to tap, massage, press the side buttons, put in freezer etc. Not much success. The boot loop causes the battery to drain and now it does not show the charging icon when its plugged in. I think this is likely caused by the one UI update on an older series phone. is there any recourse on this? i hope samsung can help . I have used their phones for many years. My older note 8 is still working even thou its 4 yrs older than my s22 ultra.  i would like Samsung to contact me to address this issue
