it has been happening with me to since 23 Jan 2025 update. It re-starts everyday and keeps happening for 20 times and then you can't use your phone for 5 houes cuz it just keeps happening... Now it's working fine but I know if I restarted it myself just once, I won't be able to use it for 5 hours atleast because it will keep crashing.... And one service person told it's a software issue and another told it's a mother board issue.
I'm public figure, I'll ask everyone to not buy new S22Ultra and buy an iPhone

Hello 👋 @Sanim and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Ireland members.
I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your phone to which we've seen quite a few similar posts here too.
Unfortunately the caveat of using a phone not in the area it was launched in js that there then can be issues with the Manufacturer's Warranty.
As Samsung hasn't had hands on at a Samsung Service Centre I'm confused as to how they know it's definitely a Motherboard issue 🤔
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as clearing the phone's System Partition Section Caches files > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Or Safe Mode > Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
Or a last resort and back up and factory reset but then set the phone up manually i.e don't use the back up.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Well here's the thing I factory reset my device and even then it started happening had to put my phone on battery saving mode to get it to work for 10 minutes or so so it doesn't crash very often one thing I realized is the phone barely crashes when WiFi is off I've played some heavy processing games on it to check if it's a stress issue but it isn't it's so frustrating the best answer I could get was faulty software caused kernel error hardware Samsung told me it was a motherboard issue and that it had to be replaced but not here all the crazy servicea

I contacted my network provider they said it has nothing to do with us I even turned off 5g and used 2.4gh network band mode on my router which is the most compatible around the world still it's not a network issue since all of 8 devices in my phone works flawlessly

Guess you're the lucky one it this shows Samsung has a manufacturing problem and they don't really double check their software updates for Thier different models right now buying a Samsung for me risking my phone getting bricked after hearing so many horrifying errors online even the s22 s21s and s20s god knows how many of em they got bricked and this has been a known issue but I didn't know if I did I would never buy

Not saying it's your issue but could be potentially.
