My S22 ultra has been stopped completely after upgrading to UI6 , What to do?

And keeping restarting when I  connect to charger

What did it stopped? I don't understand. Can you please provide more information about the behavior?

It was switched off, Then I couldn't start, then I tried to connect to charger, no response, if there was a response just restarted the phone and repeated restarting , even no recharge

Yes this happened to me, Samsung has replaced the logic board under warranty for free due to a kernel error. Take it to the Samsung store and they'll fix it quickly. It is the only way unfortunately. A factory reset will not fix this issue.

Did they told you why this happened, as its only one year , why like this error happens, and how can we trust this phone?

Nope they couldn't tell me why, they said they've never seen the issue in store before, but I'm sure they will see it again very soon as it's affecting alot of people by the looks of it!
