S22 sound issues

Hi, I'm having sound issues from the phone its, crackling & distorted when notifications or ringtone play. No issues with voice calls or playing music to a BT device. 

I've done the usual, turn off/on, hard reset & removed SIM tray. 

Phone bought new, just over a year ago.

Have you tried the phone diagnostic
Clicking on the support icon
Phone diagnostics
Then speaker
And run a sound check
It may help finding the issue
